(AP) - In another sign that the holiday season is in full swing, the so-called Dancing Cop is back in Providence....Retired police officer Tony Lepore will return to directing traffic in downtown Providence Friday....Lepore has been entertaining motorists and holiday shoppers for more than a decade.
